Summer is officially here! Or at least the heat is here in LA, as well as the rest of the country it seems! So my favorite way to beat the heat is iced coffee! There are so many ways you can home make iced coffee, and lots of great recipes out there ( like this one ). But personally for a quick way I just make extra coffee, pop it in the fridge and drink up! And, to make the homemade ice coffee experience even greater, make your owns simple syrup!
