Introducing Andrew Gallo – This is the first Gentle-man I’ve had in months and I am STOKED about it!! I came to know Andrew via his beautiful wife Carissa, his talented work, and the ever so lovely publication, Kinfolk. “I’m a Filmmaker. Director. Producer. Whatever we’re called these days. Bottom line is – I make films. Not great ones. But maybe one day. I run a small production company called VsTheBrain. We act as a creative agency and work alongside small clients and agencies to tell stories. It’s fun. It’s just me, Carissa, Mitch and Phillip. And our intern-Daniel. Great crew. These days I’m excited about and focused on getting Sea Chant on its feet. Its something Carissa and I have been developing for a while now and are working a lot on. Sea Chant will be different from VS in that it will only focus on original content and co-branding. We won’t be a client company. But almost more like a band… Putting out short films and visual content for the viewing pleasure of your eyes and ears and tears. We just released our first short under Sea Chant with Kinfolk – ode to summer. We’ll focus on collaborating with other like minded brands and creators. Just got back from Iceland. That was fun. I’m also excited about living in Portland. That commences in August.”
